Blackberry Camera Mute Application (Version 2.0) adds a menu to your camera that allows you to mute your camera before taking a photo…and even unmute it when you’d like to. The joy is that the option is there if you need it. ^_^

A QUICK HOW TO:
Blackberry-Camera-Mute-Application

Downloaded the Application.
Run the Application.
Once it’s opened, you’ll see this white screen with verbiage.
Use your “Blackberry” button or “Options” button to open the Menu.
Select “Add ‘Mute’ to Menu”.

This will add the “Mute” and “Unmute” options to your Blackberry / Options button.

    this is complete coolness!! i’ve been looking for an app like this for over a year. the only other i have found is not free and it does not fully mute the sound.

    Great app – would be even better if the Mute option only appeared in the camera menu rather than all menus. Works on Bold 9000 :) Thanks
